1. About DM Legend

DM Legend is a premium genuine leather jacket brand. Our jackets are expertly crafted in Pakistan using genuine leather and are sold to customers worldwide through this website.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders and Product Availability

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our approved payment providers.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made jackets, custom sizing, and altered products are produced specifically to customer specifications. Custom orders may require additional production time and are subject to our Craftsmanship Guarantee & Warranty and Returns & Exchanges Policy regarding what is and is not eligible for return.

6. Customer Accounts

If you create an account on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dm-legend.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
