At DM Legend, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every jacket we produce. Our Craftsmanship Guarantee reflects our commitment to genuine leather, skilled workmanship, and long-term customer satisfaction.

1. Our Commitment

Every DM Legend jacket is produced using genuine leather and passes through multiple stages of inspection before shipment. From leather selection and pattern development to stitching, finishing, and final quality control, we aim to deliver products built to last.

2. What Is Covered

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee covers verified manufacturing defects, including:

Stitching defects resulting from production errors
Leather defects resulting from material or manufacturing issues
Construction defects affecting normal use of the jacket
Incorrect products shipped by DM Legend

Claims are reviewed individually by our quality control team.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Normal wear and tear
Natural aging of leather
Patina development
Creasing and folding that occur during regular wear
Scratches, cuts, burns, or accidental damage
Damage caused by improper storage or care
Damage caused by alterations performed by third parties
Color variations caused by screen settings or photography

4. Genuine Leather Characteristics

Genuine leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, markings, and appearance are normal and help make each jacket unique. Over time, leather develops character, softness, creases, and patina. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

5. Repairs

DM Legend offers complimentary repair assessment for DM Legend jackets. Depending on the condition of the jacket and the nature of the issue, repair options may be available. Customers are generally responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related expenses associated with repair services.

6. Alterations

Alterations and custom modifications may be available upon request. Because leather alterations require specialized pattern work and skilled labor, additional charges may apply.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-made jackets, special sizing requests, and altered products are produced specifically for the customer and are not covered by standard return policies except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

8. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your jacket has a manufacturing defect:

Contact support@dm-legend.com
Provide photographs of the issue
Include your order number and purchase details
Allow our team time to review the claim

Additional information may be requested during the review process.

9. Limitation of Liability

DM Legend reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this policy. Repair, replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolutions may be offered at DM Legend's discretion based on the nature of the claim.
