Since 1992, DM Legend has been built on one belief — a jacket should outlast trends, outlast seasons, and outlast expectations.

WHERE IT BEGINS

A jacket doesn't start on a production line. It starts with an idea. That idea moves to a sketch. The sketch goes to the Master — the most important person in the process. He decides how the jacket will sit on the body, where the seams fall, how it moves when you wear it. Without him, there is no jacket.

THE LEATHER

We test multiple hides — sometimes the color is right but the feel isn't. Sometimes the feel is perfect but it won't last. We work closely with leather technicians until we find what we need. The leather we use is thick gauge, built to develop character over time. It gets better the more you wear it.

We work exclusively with tanneries that are Platinum and Gold members of the Leather Working Group — meaning our leather is made with natural chemicals, with a full commitment to minimizing environmental impact.

THE CRAFT

Then come the samples. Sometimes the collar doesn't feel right. Sometimes the pockets. Sometimes the fit needs adjusting. We make changes, test again, and keep going until everything is exactly right.

MORE THAN 10 HANDS

When a jacket is finished, it has passed through many different people — leather specialists, pattern makers, cutters, stitchers, finishers, and quality inspectors. A DM Legend jacket doesn't come from one pair of hands. It comes from a team of skilled people who take their work seriously. When you buy one jacket, you support more than ten families.
