DM Legend - Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

At DM Legend, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original condition
Be free from odors, perfume, smoke, stains, or damage
Show no evidence of regular wear or use

Genuine leather naturally develops character during wear. Items showing evidence of use may not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect exists:

Custom-made jackets
Custom sizing requests
Altered jackets
Special-order products

4. Exchanges

Size exchanges and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers should contact our support team before returning any item.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error by DM Legend.

6. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, leather defect, stitching defect, or if an incorrect item was shipped, DM Legend will assist in resolving the issue and may cover applicable shipping costs.

7. Customs Refusal

If a shipment is refused due to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, any refund issued may be reduced by:

Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs
Courier handling charges
Related expenses incurred during return processing

8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Color & Material Variations

Due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of genuine leather, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and appearance may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of genuine leather and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
